Toronto-based outdoor cleaning service, The Deck People, specialize primarily in pressure washing, deck painting, staining, and repairs. Traditionally, they relied heavily on door-to-door sales, which, though effective due to their skilled sales team, was time-consuming. In search of a more efficient lead generation strategy, they teamed up with Service Based Leads to acquire leads through Meta.

Phase 1

Onboarding Process:

The Deck People commenced by providing detailed information about their business and participating in an onboarding session with Service Based Leads's dedicated customer service team. Post this, Service Based Leads equipped them with tailor-made scripts for their unique business needs. Capitalizing on these, The Deck People produced their initial set of 5 promotional creatives and integrated them into the Service Based Leads system.

Initial Testing

During the initial phase, Service Based Leads embarked on creative and audience assessment. By the conclusion of two weeks, Service Based Leads's system had identified six leads at approximately $22 per lead. Concurrently, The Deck People's adept sales team successfully secured a client, leading to a revenue of $4,000, translating to an impressive 30x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Phase 2

Strategic Scaling

The subsequent phase witnessed Service Based Leads's push for scaling. Given seasonal timelines, The Deck People displayed eagerness to scale more aggressively than suggested. Although Service Based Leads advised of potential increases in the cost per lead due to swift escalation, The Deck People were undeterred, fortified by the robust ROAS they achieved.

Results

Over a 10-week period, The Deck People's collaboration with Service Based Leads resulted in a total investment of $2,493.23, generating 95 leads and closing deals worth $53,700. The cost per lead varied between $13.23 and $33.27, while the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) ranged from 21.54 to 51.09. With 335 total link clicks and a net gross income of $51,206.77, the partnership proved to be highly effective, delivering a consistent stream of leads and a strong return on investment.
